Mediation

Compared to litigation, mediation can be a simpler, less expensive, and more satisfying route to resolve disputes. You may think mediation means you won’t get what is rightfully yours. In fact, mediation often allows you to retain more of what is yours. By hiring a mediator, you submit to letting a neutral third party seek a resolution that makes sense to you. And if mediation does not achieve a resolution acceptable to you, you retain your rights to legal remedies.
